The Mach 3 Speed Training Evaluation is a One Hour Golf Lesson where we train your intentions of how to produce Speed in the Golf Swing. First we will warm up with a Stretch, and Tathata Routine to Prepare each Student to produce more speed. Then we’ll work on how to manage the New Speed, and Adrenaline Levels.
You will train with the Mach 3 Training Aids throughout the One Hour Session to Build Your Speed Skill Sets. Training aids will be chosen to Match the Player in areas they will need efficiency in Speed Production. Through Over Speed Training, Stability, and Mobility training We GUARANTEE You Will Be Faster in Club Head Speed after One Session!!! Plus its lots of fun to Crack the Different Whips, and Chains.
The Mach 3 Program is not designed specifically as a Fitness Program. Mach 3 Training, and Training Aids get right to the Root of the Issue. Each Task Trains directly the Creation of More Club Head Speed. In turn your Swing will Also Evolve, and become more Efficient Producing Better Results All Around!!
